Former Indian Cricket leader will be the new leader of BCCI


New Delhi: Former Indian Cricket Team captain Sourav Ganguly will be the new president of BCCI. He is elected president uncontested and fille nomination on Monday. The BCCI election will be held on 23 October. This news has sparked cricket fans and all the good wishes are coming from the country.

At Mumbai during nomination filling dada talks to the press. He said, the position of BCCI is not good for the last three years. This is a great opportunity for me. My main focus will be to improve the structure of domestic cricket in India. It’s a big responsibility because it is the biggest organization in the world of cricket. India is a powerhouse. It will be a challenge,” he said.

Dada also talked about the conflict of interest. This issue has a lot of confusion. It doesn’t allow any player to work in a team as well as in administration. This issue recently targeted Dada and Dravid too. As they both are the part of IPL and administration panel of BCCI. Apart from this Sourav is also a commentator.

Sourav will take his charge after 23 October. India’s legendary captain will be seen in new duty and fans are excited about this. Sourav changed the picture of India cricket when he started captaining India in 2002. With his team he gave confidence to Indian fans that they would make them proud every time they walk into the ground and they did that. Sourav gave the shape to India cricket and that was to invest in youngsters. Sehwag, Kaif, Zaheer, Yuvraj, and Harbhajan always give credit for their success to Dada. Under Dada’s captaincy, India won NatWest trophy, Champions Trophy, Runnerup in 2003 WORLDCUP and a series in Pakistan. He gave a lot to Indian cricket which no one can forget. Now he is in a new charge and all the fans are hoping that he will give new shape to Indian cricket.
